  Master Cuspinera, is a founder of U.S. Marsas center Inc and President of World Earth Life Confederation of Matial Arts and Self Defense. In last year 2014, Master Cuspinera is a member of USA Hall of Fame with Golden award and Platinum award. He is also black belt 8vo Dan Jiu jitsu, black belt 7mo Dan Karate, black belt 5to Dan Judo, black belt 3er Dan Aiki Do and First Dan black belt Police Self Defense.

The U.S. Marsas Center Inc is permanent member of Welcam.

Welcam: It is a worldwide martial arts Confederation, present in 26 country with more 34 delegations and representatives.

Welcam, is a World Confederation that support with credits at more 57 disciplines in martial arts and combat sport.

Welcam: It is a totally non political organization, not practiced religions, ideologies and policies.

Welcam, will in no way  interfere with the organization principles or day running of your club or associations.

Welcam, wants only practice, hours sweat, friendship relations and it wants mutual respect inter all member.

Welcam, offers you and your members affiliation to a world  organization, and the opportunity to attend and even to teach and to learn at various events around the world.

WELCAM is open to all martial artists, and although a black belt must apply for the membership, the society will accept all grades through and affiliated club or association, because all students’ ultimate aim is to become a black belt.

Welcam, is very reasonably priced, with certification for black belts, and lifetime membership for any initial payment and other annually.

Welcam, will introduce you to various seniors grades from around  the world, increasing the opportunity for you and your students to improve and add to your martial skills.

Welcam, will promote regular internationals seminars, which all members will be invited to attend, this will give the senior grades within the confederation the opportunity to display their skills and to teach in foreign countries.
